TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS :
Panels : Made out of aluminium alloy or galvanized
steel with a choice of Pre-coated / powder coated finish in
a variety of shades. Available in a thickness range from 0.4mm
to 0.6mm. Panels lengths can be provided upto 6000mm.
Carriers
: Powder coated, V-profile with grooves and notches
to hold the panels tightfit, mounting holes for suspension
rods.Available in thickness of 0.95 mm aluminium alloy and
0.6mm galvanised steel.
Suspensions
: Panels and carriers can be suspended by means of
simple galvanised threaded rod with an adjustable nut-bolt
arrangement depending on the site condition.
Paint
finish : Panels are paint finished on exposed side
with 50 microns epoxy powder coating .
Flush
piece : Powder coated internal profile to flush between
two panels at their linear joints to maintain same level of
continuity. |
